hey, I'm trying to install a brand new printer HP ENVY 6400e series on an old Mac 10.9.5 system
I can't find any driver to proceed in the installation
can soemeone help me ?

Hi,
The printer is supported on macOS 10.14 or later versions, it is incompatible with any later operating systems:

As this is an HP Plus printer which requires activation first, you may try setting up and activating the printer first from a supported device, such as a mobile device and connect the printer to your home WiFi :
HP+ OfficeJet printers - Setup Using HP Smart App (Android, Apple iOS, IPadOS)
Or from another supported computer:
HP+ OfficeJet printers - Setup Using HP Smart App (Windows 10, MacOS)
Once the printer is ready you may try using it from your Mac with Apple AirPrint, although not officially supported it may work for a wireless network connection so surely worth a shot:
