I bought a deskjet 2620 specially to use in with an old PC at a holiday home, because the box said that it supported Windows Vista. Now I find that I cannot downlad the required software as 123.hp.com, the download address, itself does not support Vista. The lack of the ability to talk directly to HP is very frustrating, as to my mind this represents mis-selling. Has anyone any idea how I might get the software that supports Vista before I take more drastic action?

Hi @geoffrey1
It'll download the HP Easy Start Printer Straup software (6.5Mb).
Once it's downloaded, run the program and it will have an option for FULL feature software.
The files are usually in the "Downloads" folder.
Thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
This is the link for the FULL featured software for the Vista 32-bit:
As per the specs:
https://support.hp.com/sg-en/document/c05524449#AbT14
(Vista 64-bit only has the print drivers)
Hope that helps!
