I am trying to achieve Automatic Duplex Scan with my ENVY 6400 printer, i am trying to install Full Webpack

Full_Webpack-51.7.5628-SJ0001_Full_Webpack

 

but when i reach the point of selecting the printer (based on IP or hostname) I cannot find it

I pick up the IP from HP Smart Tool (it has both the IP and the name)

the printer is operational (I can print documents)

Hi, The HP Universal Scan Driver referred in your link is intended for other printer models and not to an Envy 6400 printer, the model is not capable of automatic duplex scanning, it only offers automatic duplex printing capabilities.

 

You may install the HP Full Feature software for your printer with the HP Scan software to scan both sides manually, not  automatically.

I see, so which model is the model that supports this feature (in addition the baseline features available in ENVY 4400e
