intel serial I/O driver

hi there 

i've been trying to update the serial i/o driver from 2 days and it's not getting installed.

it doesn't even show any error messages but it's just not getting installed.

i am also providing you the screenshot of the problem.

please provide me a solution as soon as possible.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the driver update. 

If you are experiencing this issue only with the Intel Serial IO Driver, download and install the driver from this link. 

If all the other drivers fail to install too, try re-installing the HP Support Assistant - 

1) In the search box, type and open "Apps & Features".

2) Look for HP Support Assistant.

3) Click on it to uninstall.

4) Restart the computer.

5) Install the HP Support Assistant from this link.
