HP Elite 7200 MT Business PC / XT217EA#AK6 / CZC1164LJ4
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

ip address shown on printer does not match printer IP address shown by the PC via cmd (start button interface via Win 7)

the brother printer (network configuration report) says brother dcpj562dw uses ssid telenet b37f6 with ip address (set manually) at 192.168.0.213

in cmd on Windows 7 (pc)

it says ethernet adapter for lan connection : 192.168.01

the pc says that the ip address of the pc is 192 168 01 00

win 7 cmd says printer works correctly at ip address: 1921680 191

it can ping to there (dynamic connection)

the poc can also print normally to the printer

but ifI try to scan a document from my printer (which also does scanning) the printer has an error message no PC found in the network, and the scan does not happen

Last week the scan was working normally.

Maybe a windows update changed something?

help!

I have already unistalled ine Brother drivers and reinstalled them for this printer.

I have also checked the SSID network

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Would suggest that you contact the good folks at Brother for the printer issues.

Thanks.
