my printer is not founded by HP Smart app on my laptop and I also don't know the IP address. what should I do? and I think the cable who connect printer to laptop is not working.

Try to install with the next driver:

* Click on YES button  to say thanks, 

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.
