Buongiorno, premesso che la stampante è collegata in wireless con il mio pc e funziona correttamente, infatti invio la pagina da stampare dal mio pc alla stampante e quest'ultima si attiva.

Purtroppo però la pagina è SEMPRE BIANCA.

Non è un problema id colore perchè ho appena cambiato la cartuccia sia di nero che di colore.

Facendo la stampa di prova, ottengo la stampa perfetta.

 

MA NON RIESCO A STAMPARE DAL MIO PC...Vi chiedo aiuto.
