  1. download onlyHP LaserJet Pro MFP M127/128 Series Full Software and Drivers
    and read all infos!
  2. download only: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127/M128 Series Firmware Update
read all the information here too.

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Uninstall HP printer software, and then remove the printer from your Devices list.
    including HP Smart!
  2. Restart the PC
  3. Close all programs
  4. Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads double-click on the EXE,
    File name: LJPro_MFP_M127-M128_full_solution_23199.22.21.exe (125.8 MB)
  5. The installation was completed successfully, now you must ...
  6. Restart the System again
  7. Now the installation is complete.

Document error messages accurately, even better is to take a screenshot of it and upload here.

And now install the firmware, see point 2).

File name: HP_M127_128_FW_Update_20230330.exe (13.5 MB)

Hope this helps.

Kind Regards
