Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

Can anyone help me with getting into my hp account? I set one up when i got the printer and i have tried logging in but it keeps saying that the email is not connected to an account. I created a new account however my ink is already connected to the initial account i set up and i can not change this. How do i get into my original account so i can access my plan etc?
