Hi. Newly deployed HP MFP4102 DW - device has received DHCP address Trying to get into settings to configure Static IP and it is asking for a Pin login. The pin on the sticker and (the same) printed - is returning "incorrect Pin"

 

how do you reset or resolve this issue please?

We have run into this, only solution is a factory reset and then the pin will start working.

Many thanks. We had considered resetting but brand new out of the box, didn't think this would be necessary. Doesn't speak well for the device if it can't even work out of the box 😞
