Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Apparently have created user for scan access , do not know credentials. Any way around this?

If you have set a password that you do not remember the only way to clear it is to perform a factory reset. This will clear any settings you have added to the printer and will require you to reconfigure the printer.
