Product: HP Color LaserJet Managed Flow MFP E87660
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I cannot add the driver to my Mac. Easy Start is the only way to add the driver and every time I select the product I get an error saying it could not locate software for this product. Is there any way we can add the driver manually?

Apologies,  we have been working on getting this fixed.

 

In the mean time, you can use HP Easy Admin to download the drivers for your enterprise product.

Here is a link to a document that goes over the download and how to use the tool.

While I may work for HP Inc, the views and opinions expressed here are my own.

The FTP link in those instructions leads to a 404/can't open page error so I am unable to download the software you suggest.
