Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

the printer will not start up and I get error code 0XB85224C2. I have tried all the resets I can find on line but I cannot find what the error code means on the HP websites. Does it mean I need to trash it and get a new one or is it fixable. I did get it to start once or twice by unplugging, waiting and replugging into wall receptacle, but that does not work now.
