Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
Before we get into troubleshooting, I would like to ask you a few questions to get a clear picture of what's going on with the Printer.
1. Are you able to make a copy?
2. From where are you trying to print? If it's a Computer, please let us know the Operating System installed on it.
3. How is the Printer to the device you're trying to print from? (USB or Wireless)
Let us know 🙂
Thanks!
