My Envy 110 printer will not find my new network.  It does see the networks of neighbors but not mine.  I tried to enter my TELUS network number manually and it still does not see my router.

These are my neighbors but my network is not among them.  I have been trying for hours to get something to work.

Please help

Hi,

The printer only supports 2.4GHz band wireless network, I would guess that your router is only set to broadcast a 5GHz wifi.

Contact your service provider and ensure the router is set to broadcast 2.4GHz wireless network, with a unique name and not identical to the 5GHz band, then connect the printer and the PC to the 2.4GHz wifi.
