my officejet 4650 printer passed the print quality diagnostic with printing color bur when a program is set to color it does not print in color. it just stopped printing in color and the cartages are good.

Hi @HubP ,

 

1. Download the HP Print Doctor from the next link:

>> HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads

 

2.    Run and select the option for "Fix Printing"

 

3. Restart the computer and try again to print in Color.
