Product: HP photosmart A646

I asked this question before but the answer was not exactly what I needed.  I have a PORTABLE BLUETOOTH PHOTO PRINTER.  I'm trying to print from my phone with bluetooth.  The phone does not find the printer.  How do I fix that?  Do I need updated drivers on the portable device?  Thanks, Laura

Hi Laura,

What phone is it?

 

iOS Devices do not support Bluetooth printing.

 

Android devices do not natively support a such but require using a 3rd party app such as Printershare to print using Bluetooth:

Thanks for the info.  I downloaded the printershare app, but it does not have my portable photo printer and doesn't allow me to add it.  Any ideas?  Laura
