maybe i need to reinstall the printer driver??

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

What is the exact issue? Could you elaborate more?

What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?


Meanwhile, try the following steps below:

 

You can learn how to print from a USB or wirelessly-connected HP printer by following the steps below.

  1. Select the file you want to print and open the file so it appears on your computer screen.
  2. Press the Ctrl and P buttons on your keyboard at the same time.
  3. Once the printing pop-up menu appears on your computer screen, select the printer you intend to send the job.
  4. If needed, modify your print settings. This step is optional.
  5. Click the Print button on the screen to send the job into the printer print queue and wait for the job to complete.
