my printer only prints a quarter of the page in a large size

my printer only prints a quarter of the page in a large size... it hsows correctly on another print program but when i say print ...the preview shows a quarter of the page

I see that the printer is not printing the complete page.

• Which application are you trying to print from?
• Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
• Are you using the HP Smart app to print?
• Reinstall the app from Microsoft Store and check if that helps.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
