Product: Hp office jet 8600
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The display screen on my printer is bright white and blurry. I can hardly see the display and I am asking for assitance to correct this issue. I 've tried firmware updates, turning the printer off by unplugging. still nothing. please help. Thank you .

HP Recommended

The screen is defective, needs replacement. You can find replacement screens on eBay, you have a video tutorial on YT how to replace it, it's 3 screws and 5-minute job.
