Please could you provide more details about why don't work:

• Did the drivers installed ok ?
• Printer is having a failure ?
• Do you have paper jam or blocked inside printer ?
• Do you have some error when you go to Settings > Printers ?
• Which version of MacOS ?
• Do you have Tahoe version ?
• When you buy this Mac computer ? One year ? Two years ?
