Hi @smrtldy,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
install the HP Smart app: Ensure that you have the latest version of the HP Smart app installed on your computer or mobile device.
Connect your printer: Make sure your HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 is connected to the same network as your device. You can connect it wirelessly or using a USB cable.
Open HP Smart: Launch the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
Select Scan:
- On the app's main screen, look for the "Scan" option. It might be labeled as "Scan to Computer" or a similar option.
Choose scan settings:
- Before scanning, you may need to select your printer and adjust the scan settings. Look for an option like "Settings" or "Advanced Settings" to configure scanning preferences.
Choose scan type:
- Look for an option to choose the scan type. You may need to select "Document" or "Document Feeder" if you want to scan multiple pages.
Load the document:
- If your printer has an automatic document feeder (ADF), load the document into the feeder. If not, place the document on the scanner glass.
Initiate scan:
- Once the settings are configured, initiate the scan process. The app may provide a preview of the scanned document.
Enable duplex scanning:
- Look for an option like "Two-Sided (Duplex)" or similar. Enable this option to scan both sides of the document.
Complete the scan:
- After configuring the settings, start the scan process. The app will automatically scan both sides of the document.
Save or share:
- After scanning, you can save the document or share it as needed.
