HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

With my new HP 2810e I have printed off one sample sheet; now I try to do more, it says

'Cannot Start printer - check printer configuration'.  As far as I can see the printer software

is properly downloaded.  Any tips please   (I am a newcomer to this community).
