Product: HP Smart Tank 790 All-in-One
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard and older

Bought new Smart tank 790, started setup and the printer is blocked, it shows "HP software is installing..." nothing helps. After turning off, after pushing wifi button. it doenst connect and doesnt work. Tried everything. what to do? please help

This model printer requires macOS 10.14 or later. Kindly upgrade the macOS.
