- Check Ink Cartridge Installation: Make sure the ink cartridges are properly installed and seated correctly. Remove and reinsert them to ensure a snug fit.
- Run Print Head Cleaning: Use the printer's built-in utility to clean the print head. You can usually find this option in the printer settings on the computer or directly on the printer's control panel.
- Print a Test Page: Print a test page or a diagnostic page from the printer settings to check if the issue persists.
- Check for Paper Jams: Ensure there are no paper jams or obstructions in the printer.
