The printer is new for my windows laptop on home wifi network. Print works fine with HP Smart app. Click HP Smart, point to doc in desktop and prints fine. But directly trying to print from email or word doc and does not work. No error message, just that when I go to setting, devices, printer I can see the docs in the print queue but they never print. The question is how can I successfully print directly from a word doc without using HP Smart app?

Install the full-featured HP printer driver on the PC to print and scan.
Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.
Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
Try printing.
If the issue persists, run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue
