 I've been using HP Scan and Capture app on my PCs (Windows 10) regularly for the last 3 years and all was fine. Then, a few days ago HP Scan and Capture stopped scanning from my PC stating "No device Found, click Select Device from Setting Menu" (in HP Scan & capture). In the Settings Menu under Select Device a Camera is already available but a search produces no other found devices. Printing and copying works fine  but not the scanning.

 

Deleting the device from Control and re-installing has no effect.

Deleting the HP Scan and Capture app from the program base and reinstalling has no effect.

Drivers for the HP Office Jet Pro 8030 series are not available on the support pages of the HP website 

 

Does anyone have an original driver for the HP Office Jet Pro 8030 series that I could try, or any suggestions for further troubleshooting?

This problem is similar to the post from George 1157

PS. one other issue that just started is that my HP Office Jet Pro 8030 series printer turns off after about 10 minutes. It never did that before. Comments?

You could download the drivers from this link -https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-pro-8030-all-in-one-printer-series/242... click on the installation software tab.
