no printer email address, cannot set up the HP instant ink

i have a envy 4500 with LCD screen, I am wanting to setup the instant ink service - but the printer will not connect to web services for this feature.  I note i do not have a printer email address.  
I am going around in circles - welcome any help.

I understand you are trying to enroll the printer in Instant Ink. For assistance, kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet and check if the printer is Instant Ink eligible.

Refer to this document to know how to turn on web services.

I have been through all these processes and still cannot connect to web services.  
The printer is connected to the wifi all oaky and prints - although now i have run our of ink.  _ i have just been trying to sign up to the instant print service.  The printer will not connect to webservices and has no email address.

SOLVED - the printer needed a semi reset - i found a really helpful video on You Tube - no more than 90seconds long and didi the process in 3 minutes and bobs your uncle !   Solved - feel happy now and even signed up to the ink service.  (not before having to spend another £60 on two new cartridges.
