Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Con l'ultimo aggiornamento di windows 10 non riesco più ad accedere alla finestra di dialogo del Centro Soluzioni HP. Anche reinstallando non cambia niente. La stampante funzion a e anche lo scanner, ma non posso più cambiare (per esempio) il formato del file scansionato.
