For some reason when I print off an on line bank statement I only get the the wrap around part of the document ie the area for the transaction entries is blank !
I get all software updates automatically so I guess one of these has triggered changes to settings etc. Has anyone encountered this problem before and can point me in the right direction to check out etc ?

Welcome to HP support community.
Did you try printing from different browser and check if that prints fine?
Print a document which is there in your computer and check if that prints fine?
Reply with the requested information for more assistance.
Cheers.

I've tried various browsers and I have encountered no difficulties whatsoever with my printing except the printing iof the bank statement.I am beginning to think that despite Barclay's denial some form of encryption has crept into their last anti fraud upgrade !
I suppose I need another Barclays on line user to see if he/she encounters a similar problem.

Download the document and try printing. Also, try printing another online document and see if that works( not bank statement).
Let me know the outcome.

Have printed other documents from my on line bank account and absolutely fine.It really is just the transaction entries in the bank statement. I really do think that the banks last fraud prevention update has resulted in some form of encryption coding creeping into their software despite denying the possibility of this ! John.
