I Just set up anew 6962 printer. tried to download the code and my email address to activate download 5 times, 5 failures.

If its free why can't I access it.

What code are you trying to download?

Hello, 

I have been having trouble installing the office printing essentials 3 bonus software that came along with my hp printer purchase, I do have an activation code, when I enter all the information It takes me to the screen with the download option. My software runs on Windows 10. so that is the option that I click on, suddenly it takes me back to the first screen that requires to enter the information I had already submitted...
