I noticed that there is a critical firmware update for my printer 1.2106. The printer currently has installed 1.1906. Should I go ahead and install this firmware update? The printer is for home use and is connected directly to the computer. Also, how do I find out what the current HP Imaging driver is for this printer. According to the device manager screen I currently have installed 55.0.5532. I look forward to anyone's comments. Thanks

Hi @arejfour4,

I'd like to help!

Please go ahead and install the new firmware, the new firmware has security improvements.

The scan driver is a part of the printer full-featured driver package.

The current version of the software utility is 13.0.6.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
