Printer will not print top of page after printing the first page. The print/scan doctor shows everything OK. All drivers and firm ware up to date.
To get top of page after printing one page, have to reprint the next page as current page or set it to first page. I've reloaded paper several times and checked printer settings...it's set to letter.

Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.
I understand that your HP Officejet Pro 6830 e-All-in-One Printer has printing issue.
Have you done any changes to your printer setting?
Are you facing this issue after an update?
Is the printer able to make a multipage photocopy? If yes then it indicates that the printer and ink cartridges are fine.
(Note: If the copy is working fine skip Print a Print Quality Diagnostics Page steps and follow Update the printer firmware for printers connected to a computer with Windows.)
In the meanwhile, Print a Print Quality Diagnostics Page to evaluate the print quality.
Step 1: Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page
Use the Print Quality Diagnostic Page to identify and troubleshoot specific print quality issues.
-
Load plain white paper into the tray.
-
On the printer control panel, Swipe the display to scroll to Reports, and then touch Reports.
-
Touch Print Quality Report. The printer prints the report.

Step 2: Examine Test Pattern 1
Evaluate Test Pattern 1 on the Print Quality Diagnostic Page to make sure that the lines are straight and connected.
Figure : Test Pattern 1
-
If the lines in Test Pattern 1 are straight and connected, skip to the step to examine Test Pattern 2.
-
If the lines in Test Pattern 1 are not straight and connected, continue to the next step to align the printhead.
Step 3: Use an automated tool to align the printhead
If the lines in Test Pattern 1 are not straight and connected, align the printhead from the printer control panel to troubleshoot the issue, and then print another Print Quality Diagnostic Page.
-
Load plain white paper into the tray.
-
On the printer control panel, swipe the display to scroll to Setup, and then touch the Setup icon (
). The Setup menu displays.
-
Swipe the display to scroll to Printer Maintenance, and then touch Printer Maintenance.
-
Touch Align Printhead.
-
After the printer prints the alignment page, touch OK
Update the printer firmware for printers connected to a computer with Windows.
-
Make sure the printer is on and connected to the computer, either through your local network or a USB cable.
-
Go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then enter your printer model number.
-
Select your operating system if required.
-
Click Firmware, and then click Download.
If a Firmware section is not listed, an update is not currently available for your printer.
-
Click Use HP Download and Install Assistant (Recommended), click Next, and then click Install now.
-
When the HP Printer Update window opens, see if the printer serial number displays.
-
If the serial number displays, select the checkbox next to it, and then click Update.
-
If the serial number displays but the status is 'not applicable' (grayed out), you do not need to complete the firmware update. Click Cancel.
-
If the serial number does not display and your printer uses a network connection, connect a USB cable to the printer and computer, wait 20 seconds, and then click Refresh. When the serial number displays, select the checkbox next to it and then click Update.

-
When the update completes, click OK.
-
If you connected a USB cable to update your network printer, remove the USB driver installed by Windows.
-

-
Right-click the USB printer device that matches your printer model, and then select Remove Device.
-
Disconnect the USB cable from the printer and the computer, and then restart the computer.

If the issue persists, I recommend you delete the driver at the root level and retry, follow the steps below:

7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between "printui.exe" and "/s")
