HP OfficeJet Pro 7740

I have a HP officejet pro 7740 printer and lately I noticed that when I am printing A3 pages, the printer prints it with bad quality and no colors.

When printing A4 pages everything is fine.

I've read posts here with a similar issue and I've done every thing that was written there, but it didn't fix the issue.

Any ideas what can be done?

Thanks!

I installed from there few days ago before I opened this thread.

Anyways, I think that I managed to resolve the issue by going to printers & devices in windows settings, and turned off "Let Windows manage my default printer" setting.

Go to hp.com and install the latest drivers form HP.

Thanks for your response, but I've already tried this and it is not resolving this issue

No, you didn't. Check the driver version you have installed on your computer and you will see yourself.

I checked again and the driver on my computer is the latest (002.2336B), same version as in hp.com.

But, I still have this issue.

That is a firmware version, not a driver version.

You need to install the latest driver from hp.com
