I'm trying to install my p1102w printer with the windows driver. If i try to install via the wifi option, it says it can't find the WPS and won't even find my network when typing it manually. When installing via the USB cable, i can print but HP Smart says the printer is offline and it won't admit network connections.
My network is in 2.4GHz, and set to Private, it's also not an issue as other desktop and laptop computers in my office are connected to the printer via the same network and have no issues, all Windows 10.
Please don't tell me to uninstall/reinstall the driver or HP Smart, or to use the HP Doctor, or to restart the computer or router or printer or anything, as i've already done all of that many many times.
Thank you.

Hi @breyer
When the software for installation shows WPS connection then click the second option
- "Do not use Wifi Protected Setup - I will set up wifi in manual"
and click on Next button.
* Click YES to say thank you,
* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.
