Hi @AlethesSophia,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To reset the Wi-Fi settings and resolve connectivity issues on your HP LaserJet M110w, follow these steps:

Turn on the Printer: Make sure your printer is turned on.

Restore Network Settings: To reset the printer’s network settings to factory defaults, you can usually do this through the printer's control panel. On the HP LaserJet M110w, look for a network or wireless settings menu. You should find an option for "Restore Network Settings," or something similar. Select this option to reset the network settings.

Wait for the Printer to Restart: After restoring the network settings, the printer may restart automatically. If it doesn’t, manually restart the printer to ensure the settings are applied.

Reconnect to Wi-Fi:

  • Manual Connection: Go to the wireless settings menu again and select the option to set up a new wireless connection. Follow the prompts to connect to your Wi-Fi network. You’ll need to enter your Wi-Fi password.
  • Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS): If your router supports WPS and you prefer to use it, press the WPS button on your router and select the WPS option from your printer’s control panel. This should connect your printer to your Wi-Fi without needing to enter a password.

Install or Update Printer Software: Ensure that you have the latest software and drivers installed on your computer for your HP printer. You can download the necessary software from HP's official website by searching for your printer model.

Test the Connection: Try printing a test page from your computer or use the HP Smart app to check the connection status.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
