please help, my c309a printer is asking for a password? My computer picks the perfect time to break down in this 2020 crisis, now whenever I tried to print from my mobile, the printer is now demanding a passcode! I never needed a passcode before? I have tried some advice: I tried 12345678 I have tried un-pluging and start it again all didn't work. Also, it does give me any other options. Please someone help me. My kids home work are piling up!

Which phone do you have? If you're using the HP Smart App on your phone, please uninstall and reinstall the App and try again.
If the issue persist, let's reset the network settings on the Printer:
Go to the setup menu>Network>Restore Network Defaults>Yes, restore network factory defaults.
