Après avoir lancé un diagnostic, le système ne détecte aucun problème sur l’imprimante. Je lance un test d’impression, sans résultat et le message suivant apparaît :

votre imprimante a rencontré un problème de configuration inattendu  0x80040003.

Dans le statut de l’imprimante je lis : inconnu, pour le reste tout semble ok.

 Pouvez-vous m’aider à résoudre le soucis.
