PHOTOSMART 7520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer prints only photos with no black.

Will copy in red-yellow only.

Printhead cleaned several times, looks clean.

Printer insists it is offline. The usual command pages no longer exist: e.g. PRINT TEST PAGE etc

Reinstalled, SW updated - no change.

@wktehupeiory, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand the printer is not printing in black. Kindly check the ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridges.

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

To connect the printer to a wireless network,

On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore network settings

Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and select your network.

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Report, and then evaluate the results.

  1. Load plain, white paper in the input tray.

  2. On the printer control panel, touch the Settings icon .

  3. Touch Tools, and then touch Print Quality Report.

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
