I am trying to print and cut from cricut design space and the printer is not centering what it needs to print.  The top line is all the way to the top therefore my cricut cannot read it.  Also the line on the left side is too close to the edge.  Can someone please tell me what is going on as it was working until about 2 weeks ago.  Thank you

To assist you better, what model printer are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

Keep me posted for further assistance.

my printer is the HP Envy 5542.  It was working fine until about 3 weeks ago.  Also I went into the advanced settings and it shows that my page borders are off and I don't know how to get it on as it is grayed out.  thank you

Are you using the HP Smart app to print?

Check the print settings and change as required, refer to - HP print settings guide (Windows, Mac)

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

Uninstall the HP printer driver from the computer.

Click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Now, try printing.

Let me know how it goes.
