print and scan only in home network not possible without login to hp, why?

I only want to print and scan documents at home connected via wlan but it is not possible with hp printer assets becaus you need to have a online connection with user credentials for hp smart. The smart app is very bad as there is no possibiblity to save the user account information directly there, but always comes a link to a web page to login in a browser page. That is very bad and costs a lot of nervs for customers. Why do HP not develop a good working app with saved login credentials or serve a print and scan program only for doing the print and scan jobs at home. Printing and scanning from anywhere is for most of the users not required and a simple connection from pc via wlan is absolutely satifying. Does anyone has the same problem with HP assets?

Welcome to the HP English Community --

True - HP Smart requires that you sign in using your HP Account credentials. 

Also True -- HP Smart is optional -- That is, if you do not wish to use the app, you need not do so.

There are other "Not HP Smart" options, including a full driver printer software, Universal Scan Software, and various Microsoft apps for both scan and print.

Software and Drivers - Operating System / version Set to Windows 11

If not done,

Install the Full Solution Software

No sign-in to use HP Scan

For example,

HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283cdw/M283fdw Printer Full Software Solution 

and

Optional – When Supported for your printer

NOTE
In general, if you install the full solution software / full driver printer software, you need not install the Universal Scan Software.  The system will tolerate both software packages installed.

HP Universal Scan Software 

NOTE:  Model and Operating System version Dependent

Note:  HP Universal Scan Software can be installed as standalone or installed after the full feature printer software.

HP Universal Scan Software installs a new, full featured, (and separate) HP Scan software shortcut to the Desktop.

Reference: Open  HP Universal Scan Full Feature Software  > If needful, Choose a different OS > Open all > Find / Download / Save / Install HP Universal Scan – Full Feature Software and Driver Webpack.

After the software is installed, Restart the computer and sign in.

For the price of signing in with your HP Account credentials, HP Smart does provide some clever solutions to print and scan tasks, including the HP Smart Shortcuts for printing, saving to supported Cloud Accounts, and email. 

Should you own an HP+ enabled printer or an eligible non-HP+ printer, HP Smart makes available several premium scan and print capabilities including saving to Editable PDF and Print Anywhere.

Many of these options might be available elsewhere, of course.  An account sign-in is still necessary for any task that requires an account sign-in (for example, email, Cloud, access to NAS or other storage systems).
