I'm a pastel artist and I draw my work on an iPad and then transfer it to pastel paper using transfer paper once I've printed it off. My problem is that sometimes I need to resize the image before printing beyond the size of A4 but beyond selecting standard paper size templates there isn't any options I can find to increase the size manually. e.g. percentage increase. It doesn't matter if it exceeds A4 as I would tape the images together afterwards.

You'll need "an app for that" -

Perhaps check your App Store.

If you are using HP App / HP Smart,

• The HP App / HP Smart application (to date) lacks a "Scale" printing option.  True, the "manual resize" is only usable when accuracy is not a factor.
• The HP App / HP Smart application does not include a "Poster" print size option (larger than 100%, larger than one sheet of paper).

Resample / Resize

Irfanview is free software available for Windows.

The software can resize the data structure of your photo file.

PDF format files

If Adobe has an iPad version of their software, the application might include the Poster option as would be found in the Windows version of the Adobe Reader software.

JPEG / Photo Image format files

Photo Editing / Print software, for example like Microsoft Paint available in Windows, can usually print your photos / image files in what ever size you need it done, including "Poster" (larger than 100% , larger than one sheet of paper).

Your advice is most welcome. I print directly from the ipad so I'll explore Apple supported products to find something that will allow me to manipulate the print size.

There should be something -- years ago I had some nice photo editing software on an earlier iPad that was fairly robust.

I've not had occasion to explore additional photo editing software on my iPad 12.9.
