It sounds like your HP DeskJet 4155e is set up for Print Anywhere, but something is preventing it from working. Here are some steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check HP Smart App Settings
- Open the HP Smart App on your Windows 11 PC or mobile device.
- Go to Advanced Settings and ensure Print Anywhere is enabled.
- If it's already enabled, try disabling and re-enabling it.
2. Verify Printer Connection
- Make sure your printer is connected to the internet.
- Restart your printer and router to refresh the connection.
3. Sign In to HP Account
- Print Anywhere requires an active HP account.
- Sign in at HP Smart and check if your printer is linked to your account.
4. Run HP Print and Scan Doctor
- Download HP Print and Scan Doctor from HP’s support page.
- Run the tool to diagnose and fix printing issues.
