Hi @sandy987,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're experiencing issues with printing AOL emails from your Windows computer. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

Check Printer Connectivity: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer and turned on. You can try restarting both your printer and computer to refresh the connection.

Confirm Printer as Default: Make sure your printer is set as the default printer on your Windows computer. You can do this by going to "Devices and Printers" in the Control Panel, finding your printer, right-clicking on it, and selecting "Set as default printer."

Update Browser: Ensure that your web browsers, Edge and Chrome, are up to date. Sometimes browser updates can resolve compatibility issues.

Clear Cache and Cookies: Clear the cache and cookies of your browsers, as outdated or corrupted browser data could be affecting the printing process.

Try Another Browser: Since you mentioned it works on your iPhone, try accessing AOL Mail through a different browser on your computer to see if the issue persists.

Check Printer Settings: Double-check the printer settings within the browser print dialog to ensure that the correct printer is selected.

Update Printer Drivers: Make sure your printer drivers are up to date. You can visit Official HP® Support to download and install the latest drivers.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.
