As far as I know nothing was changed, only the option to select one page only to print is no longer vailable

How, Where, If you find the option depends on your Operating System / version and which software or application you are using,

In General,

Select a Page Range as opposed to "All Pages".

In the case of wanting a single page of a document, Select a Page Range of the "1" page.
