print spooler not running now I cannot get printer added back due to driver not found

starting by not being able to print due to the print spooler not running.  cleared print queue, checked for updates, and a number of other things.  finally i removed the print to re add it...found the printer but then it said driver not found.  go to the hp site to add driver for this print HP envy 5532 get half way through the set up and get a message that there is not internet connection yet I am on the internet to found the update.   I have tried several time with not luck to get this thing
