Dear HP Support Team,
I am writing to seek assistance with the installation of my HP LaserJet P2014 printer on my Windows 10 64-bit version 1904 operating system. I have tried to install the printer using the provided CD and downloaded drivers from your website, but I am encountering issues.
I would appreciate it if you could provide me with detailed instructions on how to resolve this issue. Additionally, if there are any updated drivers or software available that I could download, please let me know.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
Sincerely,
Behzad

Hello behzadmkh,
You must update your version of Windows 10 via Windows update, currently we are at the version: ''Windows 10 v22h2'' on February 27, 2023. It is absolutely necessary to make security updates from Windows Update. If you can't update via windows update, download the Windows 10 v22H2 version. With this link, download the Windows tool and install it, to be able to download the Windows 10 V22H2 Iso.
https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10
Once downloaded, right click on the downloaded file, you click on ''Mount'', to create a virtual disk, then on the right column, right click on ''Setup. exe'' and click on run as administrator. Don't forget to check run without data loss. You won't lose anything, neither software nor your personal data. When the update is complete, restart your computer and run Windows Update to get the latest updates. And here is your Windows 10 is up to date. To mount the ISO file, follow these steps: Navigate to the location where the ISO file is saved, right-click on this file and select Properties. On the General tab, click Change… and select Windows Explorer as the program to use to open ISO files. Then click Apply. Right-click on the ISO file and select Mount. Double-click on it to display the files it includes. Double-click the setup.exe file to start installation.
