printer 3 months old, still not working

I bought a Smart tank 5109 3 months ago and up till now I have been unable to get it to work.
My home network is 5Ghz with a 2.4Ghz option especially for devices that don't work with 5Ghz. The router has a wired connection to my Windows 11 pc
My printer is not near the WIfi router but the network is strong, I have a 3D printer next to it that works flawlessly on Wifi.
I tried contacting HP support several times but the procedure is so extensive and time consuming just to get to the point where you can say : I tried all that.
And you still aren't connected to a real person so I gave up on that.

Please someone help me get my printer working, I'm a bit desperate and by now I doubt I've made the right decision buying one.

I am unable to connect to the printer with bluetooth. After many tries I did manage once to connect to wifi but it did not print.
It has been idle now for two months due to lack of time but I really would like it to work.
I really can't remember the may steps it took to get it to (not) work. I would appreciate some step-by step help so it will be very clear where it goes wrong.

When I open the HP app, it shows my printer with the message : not connected, get help.
I tried the suggested steps but without result.

I then removed the printer, started the app again but it can't find my printer : printer not listed.
I let it search for ptinters but nothing is found. Tried again : the app reports : put the printer in WIFI setup mode.
I think it is (wifi light blinking) but nothing is found. The only ting I can click then is change printer and the app stalls, it doesn't work anymore.

Fantastic. I tried to give feedback but that doesn't work either. I'm getting so fed up with this.
