My wireless printer HP8620 has lost connection to all my devices.  I have tried rebooting and re setting up wireless connection.  It says it is connected but computers can't see it.

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP Officejet Pro 8620 Printer. I understand that your printer lost connection with the printer and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • Which operating system is installed on the computer, wired or wireless?
  • When did this issue start?
  • Are you getting error message?

Meanwhile:

Perform a power reset

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
  5. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  6. Turn on the printer.

Reply with the result of the above-mentioned steps, for further assistance.

Cheers.
