printer before each print job prints "Filename, Directory, Template, Title...etc." in tabular column

This has happened before, and someone online/forum helped.  But it came back.  This time I'll write his solution down. If anyone can help--maybe the same one--I'll copy.

Those words eacher other others down the left margin,  ...  Author, Keywords, Comments. Creation Date,Last saved.etc.

May you print from MS Word?

From the File menu select Options.

Open the Display tab, within the Printing section uncheck the box next to Print Document Properties and press OK, then check for any difference.

Solution: Printing Template or Print Document Properties
Follow the following terms. I'm showing this in Microsoft office 2007. You may try this in all version of Microsoft Office
1. Click on Office Button.
2. Click on Word Option
3. Click on Display.
4. Unchecked Print document properties.
5. Click OK.
Note: If you want to print document properties. Please checked this box according to unchecked process.
